SQL BI Developer

Dallas, TX

Professional Experience:

·         Information technology professional with  at least 6 years of experience with minimum College bachelor's degree, expertise in Strong Data mining knowledge with statistical models & OLAP modules and business intelligence technologies.

·         Involved and contributed to the requirements gathering, analysis and conversion of business requirements to high level technical design and technical specs, development, Unit/SIT testing, implementation, delivery documentation and support.

Required skills:

·         Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server BI Suite of products – SQL Server 2008R2/2012, Analysis Services R2/2012, Reporting Services.

·         Strong experience in SQL Server 2012 OLAP and Tabular models.

·         Experience working with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

·         Programming experience with Teradata 13 or higher

·         ETL Architecture exposure with SQL Integrations service 2008 or higher

·         Expertise in building mining modules using SQL Server Data Mining tools,  OLAP Cubes – MOLAP, ROLAP

·         MDX and Advance MDX, and DAX Language expertise

·         Strong Excel automation skills, Dashboards, VB.NET/C# experience strongly desired

·         Strong RDBMS Concepts, Database Management Systems, Database Logical and Physical design, Data Warehousing Experienced in Data modeling, Database Architecture, Data Mapping, Table Normalization, De-Normalization, T-SQL Queries, DDL and DML.

Desired skills:

·         Project Management, Business Analysis and Oracle background
