This person will be involved in 2 projects:

1.            Migrating users/applications off of Citrix 4.5 to 6.5 and eventually 7

2.            Starting a new project which will be standing up a new environment.  This project will kick off in the next month and go through next year.  This will be in Citrix 6.5 or 7.0

3.            This person will be standing up a Citrix Environment on VMWare platforms

4.            They will be working with applications and business owners

Must haves:

1.            Citrix Admin experience – 3-5 years of experience

2.            Citrix upgrade or conversion  experience

3.            Windows Services

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive

Enterprise Citrix Experience, to include but not limited to

• Proficient with Citrix 4.5, Citrix 6.5, and Citrix 7.x on VMware platforms

• Design and implement Citrix Solutions for DaVita using XenApp and XenDesktop.

• Able to support and troubleshoot Citrix Printing.

• Provide day to day support and troubleshoot issues as a tier III escalation point for Citrix Solutions currently deployed.

• Able to performance tune XenApp Applications as necessary.

• Handle current project migration tasks from Citrix 4.5 to Citrix 6.5 or Citrix 7.x

• Familiar with Citrix Secure Gateway

• Familiarization with Citrix Network Topology and Citrix netscaler.

• Maintains and supports monitoring within the Citrix enterprise farms.

• Demonstrate, design and implement Group Policy Objects as necessary

• Able to evaluate and scale Citrix XenApp solutions.

• Able to create and run reporting on multiple Citrix environments.

• Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services Profile Management

• Knowledge in Both IMA and FMA architecture and policy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years with Citrix Xenapp and XenDesktop Technologies 4.5 and above.

• 3 year of experience in managing and supporting enterprise Microsoft Windows Server infrastructures

Desired

• Citrix Presentation Server 4.5, 6.5 and 7.x

• Windows 2008/Windows 2012 server products

• Hewlett Packard Server Hardware (RAID / DAS)

• Network Configurations (DNS / WINS / DHCP / DFS / SMTP / LDAP)
