Location: San Jose, CA or San Francisco, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Billing Rate: $/Hour on C2C

 

Responsible for defining an overall test strategy specific to Contact Center, CTI, IVR and  VOIP technologies Applications using accepted industry best practices

 

Positions: 5

 

EXPERIENCE SKILL MATRIX:

Total years of Experience in IT: years

Total years of US Experience: years

 

1. COMPLETE SKILL MATRIX (YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN EACH SKILL):

1.       Quality assurance (QA): years

2.       Contact Center: years

3.       CTI (computer-telephony integration): years

4.       IVR (Interactive Voice Response): years

5.       VOIP technologies: years

 

Job Description:

1.       3 to 5 years experience in software testing/quality assurance.

2.       Responsible for defining an overall test strategy specific to Contact Center, CTI, IVR and  VOIP technologies Applications using accepted industry best practices
