Below is the job description for the BA role for the Tech Nucleus project.  This role really requires strong Comcast  experience, understands iOS apps, understands technician install practices, and agile will be very helpful.  I don't someone to have all of these skills, but some combination of a few will go a long way.  Also, as a Product Owner, the person will have to have solid communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders and the team. 

Description:

 Business analyst for an iOS application to consolidate the technician's tools into a single cloud based iOS application.  Candidate will be responsible for meeting with stakeholders to document requirements at an epic level, and then work with business partners, architects, and developers to write the corresponding user stories.  The ideal candidate will have knowledge about cable / telecom technician service install practices as well as familiarity with backend systems which support the life cycle of the customer's work order and technicians tools.  The PO/BA will groom user stories with the developers for ripeness, prioritize the backlog, and facilitate removal of blockers to the dev team while also managing stakeholders and meeting program timelines.

Skills:

·         Highly motivated and self-managed

·         Experience with requirements gathering and solution design

·         Ability to act as a functional architect

·         Ability to act as a solution architect is a plus

·         Familiarity in cable and telecommunications technologies including video, broadband, and phone

·         Experience with Client back office and ESP platform is a huge plus

·         Excellent written and oral communications

·         Ability to collaborate and work in a face paced agile environment

·         Experience with JIRA

·         Experience with Cable Billing Experience is Must
