About Web is seeking a Senior Oracle OBIEE administrator/ developer to help with enterprise-wide installation and configuration of OBIEE 12c, help develop the training curriculum from a developer's perspective, provide developer insight and lessons learned to help the OBIEE technical team define developer best practices, structure, and governance.
Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Design Oracle BI Publisher Data Models, Data sets and Templates/ sub templates, which will be used by business daily basis.
Develop BI Publisher real time reports using various data sources.
Implement performance tuning techniques.
Manage database connectivity and the semantic layer.
Design and implement debugging and audit control features.
Design and implement backup and recovery processes.
Present designed system architecture to key stakeholders.
Skills Requirements:
Required:
Knowledge and/or Experience installing OBIEE 12c.
Experience creating reports with BI publisher.
Experience developing in OBIEE 11g and/or 12c.
Experience with OBIEE 12c install and configuration, semantic layer, system monitoring and usage tracking, security model with user groups and roles.
Experience documenting lessons learned and best practices.
Desired:
Federal Government experience.
Knowledge and understanding of APIs and Web Services
Experience with XML, SOAP, and Java Development
Clear and precise written and oral communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field +11 years specific experience or related Master Degree with 9 years specific experience.
