Description:
Discovery conversations with business units and application owners.
• Phase 1
Virt Infra Stabilization, Detailed Planning, New Datastore Provisioning, Source -? Target vBlock identification (working with Migration Team)
• Phase 2
Monitor Virtual Infrastructure Health / New Datastore Provisioning (If Needed) / T3 Migration Support

Scope Details:
vBlock administration experience and skillset (VMWare based skillset) ability to provision datastores as needed ability to evaluate current workloads on vBlock and move / align workloads to load balance between existing vBlocks VMAX ability / skills as that is the backend storage being used currently ensure vBlock environment is stable and initiate any in flight corrections to ensure stability thru out the migration process Work with migration team to ID correct target vBlocks for critical app migrations Provide top tier support / problem determination if or as needed with migration team for any issues during migration event
