SAP Order Management Business Analyst

Maplewood, MN

Basic Qualifications:

·         Bachelor degree or higher in from an accredited university

·         Minimum of five (5) years combined job related experience in Customer Service, SC, Logistics, and/or Information Technology fields

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Knowledge of SAP SD Order management/Billing processes

·         Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail

·         Strong problem solving skills - ability to work cross functionally with multiple teams to evaluate and address key issues

·         Strong oral and written communication skills (at all levels in the organization) 

·         Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams

·         Strong consulting skills including leading teams, planning, and prioritization

·         Skilled at gathering and analyzing requirements from internal clients; researching and resolving complex problems; negotiating project scope; and advocating best practices and processes

·         Strong customer service and organizational skills 

·         Must be a self-starter with the ability to complete day to day tasks with minimum amount of direction 

·         Microsoft Office and Project proficient
