Yes! It has two modes of vibration,The first, with a larger amplitude, doesn't work with 1.5 mL eppendorfs, but is good for Falcons; But if you hold the shaker with your hand for some seconds and release, it will start shaking in a smaller amplitude, perfect to brake the surface tension in eppendorfs! You can really see lots of micro drops flying in the tube!
