Role:  QA Tester

Location: Sunnyvale CA

Type of JOB:  contract (6 MONTHS) Extendable

(Onsite Role)

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in time tracking, payroll , ERP systems, Backend ERP, unit testing , integration testing, web.

Responsibilities

•           Partner with internal teams in defining business processes and associated system requirements for Time Tracking applications.

•           Self starter who can own and drive test automation for large scale, high volume systems changes that result in unit, regression and integration testing.

•           Organize and manage project work to drive predictable delivery.

•           Participate in system implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution)

Qualifications

•           BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

•           5+ years of experience implementing, customizing and QA testing vendor software with a special focus on QA/test automation

•           Experience with one or more Finance/HR functional areas (e.g. Payroll, Time Tracking, On-call Tracking, etc.).

•           Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Kronos, web-app software development.

•           Experience working with systems that handle sensitive data.

•           Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
