You can customize a standard drill bit in a bench grinder, using something like a protractor to shape it to the right angle. You will need to sharp the drill bit again after you finish.

Hi there, I was just looking into finishing my PCR machine and I need to drill a hole for the PCR tube.I know the angle is odd and a normal drill bit wont work.Does anyone have a source where they would get one or is there any DIY way to make one.I see other people use things like glass beads and other tricks but I would prefer not to if can help it.Any help on sourcing something like this would great thank you.
