Jason,
There are some hints and tips here.
Drill bit is a custom one, dimensions are as an attachment in the link.
Cheers,

Drill Bit

Drill bits designed by Gaudi Labs
As we are not the first people to look into this option, the people at Gaudi Labs have designed a tool for this purpose. Luckily they decided to make it an open source hardware tool and made the schematics available.

We approached Pieter knowing he had previously attempted something similar, his advice was:
"We had our drill bit made by a company called RVP Engineering in The Hague, it's a custom metal manufacturing company. I am sure that there should be companies like that near Groningen. The drill bit costed approx. 80 euro."

Hi there, I was just looking into finishing my PCR machine and I need to drill a hole for the PCR tube.
I know the angle is odd and a normal drill bit wont work.

Does anyone have a source where they would get one or is there any DIY way to make one.

I see other people use things like glass beads and other tricks but I would prefer not to if can help it.

Any help on sourcing something like this would great thank you.
