DNA is totally fine. Bacteria most likely will be fine either, depends if send as a slant tube or as liquid culture. If the latter streak them on a fresh LB plate and isolate some nice looking colonies.
Polymerase: it appears these babies are way more resilient that anybody though (same for restriction enzymes). I saw Gene and cell technologies ship the enzyme without ice as well. I assume that might be good too.
