Does the yellow-goop on the circuit board look like blown capacitors to you experienced EE people? The price was "free" so couldn't argue with it. It powers on and fans spin, but the LCD screen shows nothing, and not surprised considering this looks like the main control board. Before I call Sartorious wanted to get some feedback. Nothing else looks out of place on the rest of the boards and connections or fuses. Thanks.
