Because you are looking into buying PCR primers, I am assuming you have access to the entire pipeline in terms of equipment.

So what sort of PCR / thermocycler do you have? And where did you buy it?

I have a limited budget and am curious to know if the low cost offerings from companies I've never heard of while in academia, are good over extended periods of use...

Been outside a wet lab for some time now, stuck in front of a monitor doing bioinformatics.

So wondering what easy to source cloning kits are available these days?

And what cloning technique(s) is most popular to make constructs of cDNA in expression vectors for stable insertion into plant species?

GoldenGate or something else?
Any good online links to get familiar with them?
