[DIYbio] About daily use of snakemake

Hello,

I'd like some ongoing ( possibly "ongoing starts with 1 i suppose ) daily experience using SNAKEMAKE for discovery of life science actionable facts.

That and .pynb notbooks ( yawn ) and there strengths and limitiations, too.

"Your turn" or "OVER" as hams say....

Oh.. ESP Snakemake I suppose for technocrats in life sci who outgrew windoze
