Hmm if anyone would be interested in something like that in a windows app I could whip it up quickly. Ive been on a robotics team for a while and we used openCV, emguCV wrapped, extensively so this would be cake. Not trying to steal any thunder...just offering a quick solution to a somewhat trivial problem in terms of CS know-how. So cell counter with all the thresholds and tweaks broken out onto slidebars?
