Role : DB2 DBA
Location : New York City
Interview : phone and face to face.  
Duration : 1 year

Experience:  

·         At least 5 years supporting RDBMS platforms in production support setting

·         At least 5 years performance tuning experience

·         At least 5 years application development

·         Advanced SQL language programming familiarity

·         Scripting skill

·         Experience with Tivoli Event Center is a plus

Competencies/Skills: 

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Must be flexible and able to work in a team environment or alone with same degree of integrity and professionalism throughout.

Knowledge:  

·         Strong knowledge of UNIX, V/OS and Windows O/S, as well as some scripting experience

·         Strong knowledge of UDB and DB/2.  Understanding of Siebel Application Database

Prior experience with development of KornShell scripts
