No time for that plus the AEC does neither have a minprep kit nor restriction enzymes, unfortunately. We watched it under the microscope and it seemed like agro (not like coccus) . Kanamycin would have killed it if it had lost the plasmid. Contaminants wouldn't both look like agro and be kanamycin resistant...

So I conclude it's very likely agro. We'll definitely see after transfecting the plant
