Javascript Developer
Location: Bellevue Washington
Duration: 6-12 month Contract 

Phone/skype (in person if local)

Only USC , GC or GC-EAD)

Client in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced JavaScript Engineer for a long-term contract opportunity.  In this role you will design, develop, debug, and modify components of software applications and tools.

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years designing and developing in large scale, production quality code in a professional software developer role
• Self-starter and quick learner who possesses exceptional attitude and aptitude
• 3 years' experience in Web page development using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (JQuery), AJAX
• Knowledge of various JavaScript libraries (Handlebar/Mustache, LESS, Backbone JS, Require JS)
• Familiarity with software development patterns for JavaScript
• Strong software object oriented design skills and experience with proven design and architecture patterns
• Knowledge of other OO languages like Java, C++
• Strong problem solving skills to efficiently implement projects with difficult requirements
• Experience designing and optimizing code for robustness, scalability and performance.
• Experience developing customer facing web applications
• Ability to consume specifications, give feedback, provide estimates and translate into implementation
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
