CMDB/ServiceNow Analyst
Location: Hershey, PA
Client industry: Manufacturing
Duration: 6-8 months
Interview Process: Phone Hire
MUST HAVE:
· ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
· ServiceNow System Administration and Configuration management experience
· Experience researching, compiling and analyzing data related to CMDB CIs using tools such as MS-Excel along with ServiceNow
· Experience working with CMDB CI discovery techniques including:
o WMI
o SMTP
o SSH
· ITIL ITSM implementation especially in CMDB building and maintenance
· UNIX and/or Windows Server Systems Administration for foundational understanding of CMDB CI data
