Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone has broader experience in visualizing GFP-derivates on a transilluminator. All these GFP derivates have different excitation peaks, and so I was wondering which one glows the strongest (no green, and only Aquorea victoria GFP derivates are the limitations). RFP? BFP? Will they even be excited enough by the average illuminator?
Highly appreciated!!
