Rate: $43/hr on C2C

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

● BA/BS or equivalent practical experience

● 3-5 years' experience managing projects related to user feedback and/or user research

● 1-3 years' experience working abroad or supporting international expansion within a business environment

● Experience with raw data analysis

● Experience with online user testing and/or survey tools such as UserTesting.com, UserZoom, Loop11, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey

 

Responsibilities:

● Work with Google stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time

● Analyze raw video footage and survey responses with keen attention to detail

● Report key findings in a visually compelling, coherent manner (usually deck format) and clearly communicate findings to senior stakeholders

● File functional and usability issues from the user studies into Google's internal bug filing system as needed
