Sure, and no restaurants should use pre-packaged milk for the pudding they serve for dessert. Geez, arduino is just a brand and collection of Board Support Packages, declaring "this microcontroller will easily compile and upload your GNU C++ code with a standard toolchain driven by a standard ooen-source GUI".
