Hi everyone! Wondering if anyone here is working with Pulse-field electrophoresis. We want to do some research on full length p53 gene, hence we need to isolate a 50kbp fragment from a 300 kbp bacterial artificial chromosome.
Open to collaborations (or slightly paid service if necessary)
