Hello there,
I'm a newbie in the Tecan-business. 2 weeks ago I used the freedom eco 150 without problems. Since last week I couldn't log in. Nothing has changed. There always comes the error: User account "admin" is locked.
Is there something I can do? Googled already but found nothing. Even the troubleshoots gave a solution.
Can somebody help, please? Would be happy about any hits.
