Data sets from Protein Data Bank

Dear Colleagues
Its my pleasure to inform that OSDD group published a paper in Nucleic
Acids Research. See

This paper describes a database ccPDB (compilation and creation of
data sets from Protein Data Bank). I strongly believe that this
database will help to popularize our OSDD mission. Data sets
maintained at this site will be useful for those researchers working
in the filed of structure biology.

I have special request from young researchers to take advantage of
data sets maintained at ccPDB to develop methods for predicting
various types of protein structures.
