Hi Hugo,

Look up Agdia they have a good assortment of ELISA test you and if you
don't want to buy the kit you can send them samples. As far as PCR I
would recommend first culturing then sequencing the IT'S (internal
transcribed spacer) its the fungal barcode for bacteria use the 16s
