You know, I thought it was weird when he told me to reuse gloves. We
use new gloves when working with stock oligonucleotides and for very
sensitive stuff. For everything else, we just reuse the same glove.
The environment is so relaxed so its kind of weird for me since they
were so strict in school.
The results from my first PCR mutagenesis sequencing were perfect. The
only thing is that I have to be extra careful not to touch inside the
caps of centrifuge tubes, etc.
