Does anyone know where I can find a list of the SNPs I need to determine maternal haplogroups? I can find list of SNPs by haplogroup, like this:
http://www.familytreedna.com/mtDNA-Haplogroup-Mutations.aspx
But I am really looking for it the other way around, a list of SNPs, with haplogroups noted.
