Re: [DIYbio] Sharpie fluidics electroporation? WAS:DIY electroporation protocol

Ya I'm gonna try this today... two pieces of sticky aluminum foil tape parallel to each other on a microscope slide, with two Sharpie lines connecting the foils with a thin channel between (perpendicular to the foil edges, overall the foil and Sharpie lines would lookblike an H)

I'll take pics and post them!

I've been thinking, is it possible to build a fluidic channel with our
previously talked about Sharpie Microfluidics filled with some
bacteria&plasmids, and do electroporation? Or will this cook the cells
if I used a piezo?

I would like to develop this thought. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks
