[DIYbio] cleaning glass microchannels

Hi everyone!
I am working with glass microfluidic chips, precisely with fused silica with an insulation layer of silicon oxynitride. The issue is that now and then I get fiber-like dust in them, clogging and altering the functionality. What would you reccomend to clean them up? I really need to dissolve this fibers (that I think are either paper or cotton, plain dust that reached the liquids). What would you use? I have tried the regulars: NaOH, HCl. I am now trying H2SO4. Still, when testing them, I dont see any clear dissolving effects... any ideas?
