Flowers suck up lots of nutrients from the plant so it wont respond to hormones as a whole but a piece of petiole or stem or leaf tissue would suffice. Surface sterilize with bleach 10% plus a drop of detergent for 20 mins. Plate on MS with 1-2mg/L BA or Zeatin and 0.1mg/L IAA. Thats for tumor induction. Then follow up with only Cytokinin at 1mg or so for shoot induction. Id ur lucky ull get shoots. Transfer shoots to rooting medium using 1mg or so IAA. Then transfer into soil with gradual humidity decrease. While process 3w to 1 month at best. Good luck :)
