After spending some time looking to build out
or rent a life science lab for our nonprofit
we finally succeeded.
Below is a kind of space you can get in a life
sciences startup incubator for about 1 kEUR/month
burn rate. Reverse osmosis water on tap; liquid
nitrogen, dry ice and access to autoclaves are
available for an extra fee. This can be licensed
as an S1 space, but we won't need that yet for
the current project. Access is via personalized
transponders with central logging.
This is our lab space. There are many like that,
but this one is ours
