[DIYbio] Y chromosome haplogroup prediction tool?

Does anyone know of a tool for returning the y chromosome haplogroup based on a SNP data file? I am looking for the equivalent of http://dna.jameslick.com/mthap/ or Haplogrep but for Y instead of mtDNA.

Any ideas?
