PS Md Senate passed 30-16 a bill (HB297) Decriminalizing Cannabis use this week. It now awaits the house.
HB302 for Medical use and self-cultivation and HB1453 for complete legalization, taxation and expungement of Maryland resident criminal records for up to an oz charge, allowing many individuals access to education and employment.
