From the looks of things, the experience is nothing more than a web
form for uploading your sequence and vector of choice, codon
optimization options, etc... then waiting.
From what I've heard it's hit or miss if any of the companies can
deliver your sequence, depending on AT/GC ratio, homopolymer
sequences, weird hairpins/loops that might form during synthesis, etc
That said, they all also claim to use sequencing to verify the final
product, so in any case I wouldn't expect errors if the tube ever
arrived in my mailbox.
I haven't entered my credit card info though personally, still too
expensive for my tastes.
