You're discussing agencies that recruit kids and induce them to acts
of "terrorism" just to score points by catching them, and literally
burn torture tapes prior to investigation for torture, under an
administration that openly applies entirely secret laws to its
extrajudicial murder of citizens, and you think they'd answer a FOIA
request honestly? :)
