Any ideas for visualizing chromosomes in-vivo Simon? Note I didn't
even use chilled reagents, as your protocol mentions, in case you
wanted to try simplifying it! I'd give it a shot myself, but my 100%
USP alcohol is much more expensive than rubbing alcohol, and I don't
like drinking 151 or everclear! I wonder if tomato juice would
precipitate anything?
