Description :
Ø Looking for a technical business analyst with 3 or more years' experience in a consultative, customer-facing role.
Ø The individual will work closely with Solution Architects, Implementation Managers and sales in outlining requirements during the Statement of Work and Product Requirements Documentation phases of defining client needs for our Customer Technology Services organization.
Ø The technical focus includes data file integrations to define and drive the automation and delivery of statements, checks, invoices, notices and letters for production and mail operations that are critical communications for our customers, to their partners and customers.
Ø A proven background in USPS mail operations, high speed printing, inserting and MICR equipment, or similar experience, is required.
Ø As the first-contact technical liaison within Customer Technology your consultative skills, creativity and awareness of our breadth of capabilities in customer communications will be called upon to assist with the close of new business and to rapidly define the automation development and confirm production processes needed to deliver a successful program.
Ø Working closely with the development team you will convey client requirements, critical success factors and service level agreements to ensure the team is meeting the needs efficiently and with a six sigma quality focus.
Ø Our operations extend across North America and present the opportunity to work with companies from large financial and banking institutions, retail organizations, insurance industry leaders, government and utility to the petroleum industry, among others.
Ø Minimal but occasional travel is required.
