Job Description for Actimize positions below :
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate lead level capabilities in analysis, design and development of Actimize solutions. You will work with business and IT leadership to understand IT business strategy and their implication to application(s) under your responsibility.
Additional responsibilities include:
· Participate in all aspects of the software development process including, requirements gathering, designing, coding, unit testing, quality assurance, and deployment
· Work in a collaborative team of software professionals and have technical leadership abilities in the Actimize space
· Design, analyze, develop, code, test, debug and document programming on assigned applications to satisfy business requirements for one or more business areas.
· Ensure adherence to architecture standards, risk management and security policies.
· Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software's business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with customers and other stakeholders
· Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades
· Assume responsibility for issue resolution for production systems
· Coordinate code migrations to move code through each environment (Development, Test and Production) with the code deployment teams
· Follow proper IT SDLC procedures
Qualifications
· 5+ years of relevant development life cycle experience in systems and applications management including systems/application design using Actimize products
· Demonstrated expertise with Actimize Enterprise Risk Case Manager configuration and extensions using Actimize Plug-ins and web services
· Expertise with building models using Actimize Intelligent Server
· Database platforms knowledge such as Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL
· Extensive development experience with Java SE, EE and various open source frameworks
· Experience with Apache Velocity, XML and JXSL transformation
· Experience with JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, and CSS
· Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit and experience with mocking techniques
· Experience with debugging, profiling and performance tuning applications
· Proven ability managing the issue resolution process for any application production problems
· Experience with financial data models
· College degree or specialized training / equivalent work experience
