I have done something similar though not exactly like this. The problem is that the output depends on things like concentration and "active" protein molecules. i.e. the ones that have not unfolded/degraded/&c. The proteins response can be modeled exponentially over the course of it being active so I do have an ok idea of what is going on at any specific time point.
What are you thinking? Turn it into the first mass marketed protein wah pedal?
