Location : Lexington, KY

SHORT DESCRIPTION :

Candidate will provide architectural and operation support for company's Cisco global voice infrastructure.

GENERAL SUMMARY :

·         Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

·         Perform requirements analysis and develop hardware/software solutions to provide telecommunications solutions to business requirements.

·         Prepare and maintain operating procedures and associated documentation.

·         Develop reports for management review.

·         Identify inefficiencies and make suggestions for process improvements.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

·         Knowledge of Cisco voice platforms

·         Working knowledge of call routing, dial plans, class of service, and IP trunking

·         Good interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

·         CCNP voice preferred

·         5 years in the voice and telecommunications
