Required Skills :

• 7+ years of overall IT solutions/delivery experience with a minimum of 3 year of experience in Large Microsoft Dynamics Implementation programs
• 4+ years of experience in the analysis, design, implementation CRM applications of comparable CRM enterprise applications - with minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in delivering large scale Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation programs

·         Managing a team and Business applications is the key for the this position)

·         Experience managing projects and external vendors

·         Leading and coordinating a combination of internal and external resource teams to support and enhance CRM system

·         Developing effective processes to support the system with appropriate prioritization and service levels

·         Work cross-functionally across IT and Business Operations teams to plan and implement enhancements and projects

·         Compile and analyze industry, customer, and product data to drive product and project decisions

·         Experience working with CRM projects with both technical and non-technical users

• Strong technical background working with Microsoft .NET technologies, including: Visual Studio.NET, ADO.NET, SQL Server, XML, and Web Services
• Must have full life cycle production experience on .Net and have participated in complete
• SDLC for applications based on Microsoft .NET technologies
