Role: Unix/Linux Administrator

Location: Norristown, PA

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

·         Skills, Requirements, and Certifications: (Includes specific or unique technical skills / knowledge / experience)

·         Bachelor’s Science degree in computer science or equivalent field required.

·         Min. 10+ years of Operating System administration or equivalent experience required

·         Demonstrated experience in monitoring, tuning, and administrating RHEL OS

·         RHCE Mandate (understandable if expired),

·         RHCA Certifications (understandable if expired) preferred

·         Demonstrated experience in project management

·         systems and database integration support from OS standpoint

·         Experience with OS infrastructure supporting patient care, financial and administrative applications preferred

·         Extensive experience migrating applications and data installations from Unix platform to Linux platform.

·         Extensive experience in Unix and Linux shell scripting; Adept in Blade Server Builds and Support and Maintenance ProceduresKey skills required:
