Our client prefers candidates with financial, commercial, or big 4 experience vs. primarily government.
Systems Analyst, II:
Position Overview: Lead the systems analysis effort for one or more projects within the Multi Family Business Information Office.
Responsibilities include: Create and deliver appropriate communications with various target audiences at all levels. Maintain responsibility for the overall requirements deliver for assigned projects. Act as mentor to junior team members to meet schedules and/or resolve complex problems. Lead requirements elicitation sessions with users; facilitate discussions on the advantages and disadvantages of solution. Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability .
Basic Requirements: Manage the coordination of assigning resources to meet demand, schedules and goals of assigned projects. Frequently interact with directors, subordinate supervisors, business customers and/or functional peer group managers. Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
Drive key requirement decisions. Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Has responsibility for PMLC and SDLC artifacts and activities. Experience with writing detailed data requirements for system integration projects. Experience with usability methods, techniques and design principles to create design deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, mock-ups and user interfaces. Experience translating/explaining technical decisions into business terms.
Preferred Skills: Experience with DOORS, MS Office Tools, UML, and Clearcase; Experience with Object Oriented Programming Principles and Object Oriented Analysis and Design; Knowledge of SDLC, Agile Methodologies, and the Mortgage Industry and the Loan Purchase Business Process; Prior Knowledge of Multifamily Business Process and Data.
