Requirement:

The Legal Strategy team within Legal is looking for a Project Manager to assist with a Global Transition Project of migrating a new version of SAP. Candidate should have strong experience working with Enterprise Data Warehousing as all SAP data flows into the EDW.

Key Skills:

Project Mgmt, Business Analysis, Ability to establish relationships quickly, and strong attention to detail! A Bachelors Degree is required along with 3+ years of PM/BA with progressive exp working w/complex database environments, customer user interfaces, campaign mgmt tools and sales force applications! Will work cross functionally so clear and efficient communication and problem solving is extremely important!

Based on a Thomson Reuters wide effort to create Global Processes, the US Legal business will be migrating to a new version of SAP. Downstream from SAP, all of our SAP data flows into the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), and is then leveraged for many financial, operational, marketing and sales activities
- We need to understand what changes will occur in SAP that will impact EDW (done in partnership with Finance), and then understand how that impacts marketing and sales users
- Develop an approach and help mitigate the risk of change for users

Outline of the process:
- Develop plan to capture relevant information, and organize in a useful manner
- Inventory the uses of EDW data for reporting and analytics across Marketing and Sales
- Understand and document the uses of EDW data in Marketing tools (i.e. Unica Campaign) – done in partnership with MIS & program resources
- Understand and document the uses of EDW data in Sales tools (i.e. Salesforce.com) – done in partnership with MIS & program resources
- Merge the changes in EDW with the uses of data, understand where there are impacts
- Develop plan to implement changes
- Communicate / orchestrate / help with change needs
- Recommend strategic changes to better accomplish goals based on One Vision changes

Qualifications:

·   BA/BS degree

·    3+ years serving as a PM/BA with progressive experience working with complex database environments, custom user interfaces, campaign management tools and sales force applications

·    Proven project management experience driving results on complex system development initiatives

·   Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

·   Experience with data manipulation, report writing and analysis skills

·   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·    Proven ability to manage virtual project teams

·   Ability to work independently
