Summary ::
Job Description
Oracle Procure to Pay (P2P) Functional Support for a large user community. Work in Service Level Agreements (SLA) based engagements. Interaction with team members to meet SLA. Daily contact with user community, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Day to Day Activities :
• Triage, Troubleshoot, Maintain, Complete and Close Production Support Incidents
• Escalate problems/incidents to technical support for bug fixes and/or system issues/problems.
• Answer a wide range of questions from customers regarding business processes;
• Write Functional Specs
• UAT Testing for items released by technical team
• Configuration/Setup changes
• Executing Month end close process
• Understand and explain the inter-dependencies between modules and how one action may create a re-action
• Troubleshoot and/or answer questions regarding related interfaces
• Provide on-the-job instruction and/or answer questions from customers
• Attempt to ensure customer satisfaction in all situations
• Maintain Oracle Tables
• Maintains mappings on tables
• Updates set up changes and configurations
• Maintain training and configuration guides (documentation)
• Adhere to SLA’s as defined by severity level
