·         Responsible for architecture and designing the integration points with other systems.

·         Conducted detail design reviews of the application changes.

·         Responsible for all development activities, tracking of development progress, ensuring code quality, development progress report, metrics.

·         Lead the team in the design phase & implementation.

·         Coordinated with leads/ owners of other dependent applications on design, implementation and testing issues.

·         Reporting to senior management on the status of the system development.

Title: Sr. Java Framework Developer

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 6 Months to a Year

Interview Type: Phone, & Skype or F2F

 

 

MUST HAVE:

·         Strong in Core Java language fundamentals

·         Heavily hands on with > 80% of time spent on coding/development

·         Experience in coding to improve application performance / scalability / fault tolerance

·           Looking for application developers with experience in custom framework development, not just business application development experience 

·           For Example: Caching / Persistence / Security (Authentication & Authorization) frameworks

·         Multiple components of Spring - Experience in using Spring as a foundation for building custom frameworks.

·         Spring MVC / Spring Data / Spring AOP - Aspect Oriented Programming

·         Asynchronous & Concurrent application experience: 1. Multithreading / 2. Messaging queues / 3. Concurrency APIs like Tasks & Executors

·         Restful web service development (JAX-RS with JSON)

·         Relational DB or SQL (Example: DB2) - versus - Nonrelational DB or NoSQL (Example: Cassandra)

·         Experience is software development using Agile methodology. Example: Scrum (Good to have)

 

Responsibilities:

·  Heavily hands-on, with current role involving at least 80% time spent on coding activities

·  Work on  recommended solutions on new and emerging technologies, technology prototypes, and engineering process improvements

·  Lead and grow the framework development team in core leading technologies

Required Skills:

·  Strong Object Oriented Design principles with ability to implement in languages of choices (Java / Scala)

·  Solid understanding of web development solutions primarily including highly scalable and fault tolerant architectures

·  Solid development experience in web technologies: Java, Spring, RESTful services

·  Very good at Asynchronous and concurrent programming, messaging architectures, distributed computing, etc.

·  Solid experience in distributed data architectureSQL and No-SQL solutions, with understanding of the behavioral differences between major databases (primarily MySQL – MariaDB & DB2)

·  8 to 10 years of experience developing Systems’ frameworks and software for highly scalable environments

·  Excellent communication skills.

Title: Sr. Tech Lead

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: Year

Interview Type:  One level interview will be Skype/F2F.

 

 

MUST HAVE:  Framework Development experience a MUST. Not only looking for candidates that can make modifications or changes to frameworks.

 

Responsibilities:

·         To develop and provide solutions on Java Script frameworks

·         Work closely with next generation architecture development team using cutting edge approaches and technologies

·         Involve in the framework development in core leading technologies

·         Work on new tools and perspective on leading industry trends, on new and emerging technologies, technology prototypes, and engineering process improvements

·         Work and Define high level technology standards, best practices, processes and guidelines

  

Required Skills:

·         Expertise on JavaScript based application development with Advance knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.

·          Experience in architectures like - MVC, MVP, MVVM, MVP

·         Used/consumed some/any frameworks for UI validations

·         Experience on any of these JS frameworks: Node.js, Angular.js,

·         Hands on development experience in TDD and using frameworks like Quint/Jasmine

·         Experience in template libraries like HandleBar.js

·         Experience in Source control system GIT

·         Excellent communication skills and heavily hands-on code.

 

Nice to have Skills:

·         Experience in DB programming - MongoDB, MySQL

·         Experience in Can.js, Ember.js, Flight framework, BootStrap

·         Experience in Ruby

·         Experience in frameworks like SASS, GRUNT

·         If you have created reusable jQuery components that will be an added advantage
