Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 6 Months to a Year
Interview Type: Phone, & Skype or F2F
MUST HAVE:
· Strong in Core Java language fundamentals
· Heavily hands on with > 80% of time spent on coding/development
· Experience in coding to improve application performance / scalability / fault tolerance
· Looking for application developers with experience in custom framework development, not just business application development experience
· For Example: Caching / Persistence / Security (Authentication & Authorization) frameworks
· Multiple components of Spring - Experience in using Spring as a foundation for building custom frameworks.
· Spring MVC / Spring Data / Spring AOP - Aspect Oriented Programming
· Asynchronous & Concurrent application experience: 1. Multithreading / 2. Messaging queues / 3. Concurrency APIs like Tasks & Executors
· Restful web service development (JAX-RS with JSON)
· Relational DB or SQL (Example: DB2) - versus - Nonrelational DB or NoSQL (Example: Cassandra)

MUST HAVE: Framework Development experience a MUST. Not only looking for candidates that can make modifications or changes to frameworks.
Responsibilities:
· To develop and provide solutions on Java Script frameworks
· Work closely with next generation architecture development team using cutting edge approaches and technologies
· Involve in the framework development in core leading technologies
· Work on new tools and perspective on leading industry trends, on new and emerging technologies, technology prototypes, and engineering process improvements
· Work and Define high level technology standards, best practices, processes and guidelines
Required Skills:
· Expertise on JavaScript based application development with Advance knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
· Experience in architectures like - MVC, MVP, MVVM, MVP
· Used/consumed some/any frameworks for UI validations
· Experience on any of these JS frameworks: Node.js, Angular.js,
· Hands on development experience in TDD and using frameworks like Quint/Jasmine
