The Application lead undertakes management of one or more Outsourcing projects and/or Application support at our client locations. They will lead the team of technicians to ensure delivery is to budget, to specification, on time and to customer satisfaction. The Application lead pro-actively acts to understand internal and external client issues and recommends best practices in own discipline. This individual is aware of profitability needs and may manage cost for specific project/work areas. The Application lead will be responsible for finding the underlying issues and patterns in complex situations, take a new perspective on existing solutions. The Application lead will be responsible for meeting or exceeding established SLA’s and is required to be on-call after hours to support for high priority incidents.
* 5+ years of SAP CRM Experience
* Must have good expertise in TPM
* Must have experience in CRM Marketing
* Experience in SAP ECC SD
* Experience with Onshore-Offshore Delivery Models
* Experience working in an ITIL environment / ITIL V3 Certified preferred
* Strong analytical and leadership skills
* Sound judgment and tact.
* Ability to work effectively with clients, management, and its staff members.
Individual will be responsible for providing support and leadership for large SAP production instance post implementation requiring 24/7 support on high priority incidents
A proven ability to develop positive working relationships in a distributed team, experience collaborating with offshore team members is valued.
Accountable for meeting stringent service level agreements
Ability to work and communicate directly with customers to ensure that expectations are being met
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
