Responsibilities:

1.Ability to advise on implementation strategy, performance, tools, operations, release, deployment to the customers in the Enterprise Integration space

2.Ability to conduct systems requirement analysis

3.Ability to lead a team of global team of TIBCO and Java resources to implement a high availability, scalable TIBCO-based solution

4.Experience in handling pre-sales pursuits, Demos and POCs for potential new clients

5.Hands-on experience in deployment and configuration of production servers in clustered and HA environments

Required Skills:

1.More than 8 years of experience in Enterprise Integration implementations

2.TIBCO, Business Works, EMS, Core Java, J2EE, Oracle
